Living in a city it's really important that you do double cleanse, particularly at night time. You can skip that step in the morning. Mainly because there is a lot of pollution around, so air pollution. There is a lot of nitrous oxide, a lots of free radicals than can damage the skin, which can lead to premature ageing but also pigmentation problems. So, it is worthwhile, in your evening cleanse, when you've been out and about all day, to make sure you double cleanse.
