A lot of people have sensitive skin. It's a good idea if they do a patch test. So what I mean by that is if they just apply a small area to the inside of their forearm just to make sure they don't react to it, because a lot of the ingredients can make those sensitive skin types break out or cause burning and irritation. But generally, the best was either to get advice, or read reviews, or actually just try the product out.
